WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position;
  • Conversational level of English;
  • Knowledge and practical experience in performing various massage techniques, facial and body treatments;
  • Ability to carry out tasks in accordance with the instructions of the Spa & Wellness Manager;
  • Adherence to all hygiene and sanitation standards;
  • Professional handling of guest complaints and feedback;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs massages, facial and body treatments according to scheduled appointments;
  • Provides guests with information about the products, treatments and services available at the Spa & Wellness Centre;
  • Ensures high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Spa area;
  • Takes proper care of products, devices and equipment used during treatments, ensuring they are cleaned and stored appropriately after each treatment.
