1. Booking and Payment 

A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. No prepayment is required unless otherwise stated in special offers. Payment is due upon arrival or departure, depending on the chosen rate. 

2. Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date for individual bookings. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. 

3. Check-In and Check-Out 

Check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is until 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibility 

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all house rules. The hotel reserves the right to deny service or evict guests who violate policies or disturb other guests. 

5. Damages and Liability 

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required.
